A fractional CTO for your company, without building a tech department.
Many companies need custom software, automations and AI, but have no one inside to decide what to build or to build it. That's the gap I fill: I join as your fractional CTO on a monthly basis, make the technical decisions with you and build every system myself. From Murcia, for companies across Spain.
What a fractional CTO is.
A CTO (chief technology officer) decides which technology a company uses, in what order it gets built and with what criteria. A small business can rarely have one full-time, and hiring a different vendor for each piece ends in systems that don't talk to each other and that nobody maintains.
As a fractional CTO I take on that role on a monthly basis: I'm part of the technical decisions, I build the systems and I keep them up to date. It's an ongoing relationship, not a project that gets delivered and forgotten.
What I do every month.
Technical decisions
What to build, in what order and with which tools. Decisions are made with you, with technical judgement inside the company.
Built by me
AI agents, automations, apps, websites and LLM infrastructure. I design and build them myself, without delegating.
Continuous evolution
AI changes every week. Every relevant improvement is assessed and, if it adds value, integrated into your system.
Part of the team
Direct communication with me, shared decisions and follow-up on what has been built once it's running.
When it makes sense.
- 01You don't have a tech department, and technology is already part of how you sell, serve customers or operate.
- 02You know AI could take work off your plate, but you don't know where to start or what's worth it.
- 03You use separate tools (CRM, spreadsheets, website, WhatsApp) that don't talk to each other.
- 04You've commissioned one-off projects that were left half-finished or that nobody maintains.
- 05You have a new project in mind and need someone to design it, build it and take it from idea to working product.
One-off vendor or fractional CTO.
One-off vendor
- A one-off payment per project.
- Delivers and leaves.
- Does what they're asked.
- A different vendor for each piece.
Fractional CTO
- An ongoing monthly commitment.
- Keeps the system running and evolving.
- Decides with you what's worth building.
- A single technical vision connecting every piece.
How it starts.
With a conversation. There are no packages or fixed prices: every case is assessed once I understand it.
- 01I listen to your ideaA meeting. I understand the business before thinking about technology.
- 02I analyse the projectFeasibility, risks, real scope and priorities.
- 03I design the strategyStack, phases, deliverables and success criteria.
- 04I build itEnd-to-end delivery with continuous communication.
I work with a small number of clients at a time because I personally carry out every project. That's why every request goes through admission and I review it myself.
If you think your company needs technical leadership, the first step is a conversation.
